Vibrating

After I let my 96 gt warm up today. I was pulling out of work in 1st gear and got on it a little bit. Shifted to second at about 4k and then the car vibrated horribly. Not sure what it is. My check engine light has been on for my o2 sensors. Could they cause it to run weird and vibrate like that?

Wont know till you scan it! I hope so too. But i love how the computer can tell you whats up right then instead of troubleshooting the crap outta it. For the most part...
