It sounds like somethings grinding but then it clicks and goes back to normal but it goes back to that noise then it doesnt want to go like run almost like the fuel pump is bad it also sputters when your going down the road or put any kinda loAd on it when it makes the grinding sound it also sounds like its missing its my dads car he runs 89 octane in it and it has a cai but thats about it

What kind of grinding sound and where does it sound like it's comin from, front or back?

It sounds like its coming from the front.... It starts but doesnt run for 2 seconds till it misses and quits.... Dad thinks its either the fuel pump or fuel filter

Easy way to check the fuel pump is listen, fuel filter though pull the fuel line off at the fuel rail and switch the key on for a second, it should squirt out pretty good

Dad thinks that its not getting enough gas to the engine dads gonna put it on one of his buddies lift sometime hopefully soon

Damn fuel pump is done we gotta take the gas tank down a order a new pump.... Ugh

Yea that sucks... Mine went out about 20 min after filling it up at the gas station

be careful did my fuel pump and tip broke off into the line i did it without alift and two other guys big pain.make sure u replace ur filter to if u have a bad one it will ruin ur new pump over time

Already replaced the filter and it ran because it was on floor stands but when we put it down it wouldnt start so me and my dad are going to push it to the end of the driveway and a flat bed is going to take it to my dads buddy because my dads to chicken to do it on jackstands ( me and my dad are smart asses to each other )
