I looked at some that were like 18-20k.

They were Freaking Junk.

That's why I decided to build my car for a while.

A lot of the ones in my area are high mileage ones, trying to find one with decent mileage and no or little mods on them

I'd stay away from the Evo. Diffs are ridiculously weak. You can't abuse that car like you can a Mustang.

Idk my first option is a terminator. But I'm also looking at an awd platform like sti or Evo. Just doing research right now and seeing which one fits what i want

Know a guy with an 04 STi, never needed any major repair and he recently eclipsed 100k. Another acquaintance with an EVO X, THREE diffs. I'm sure some of that is his fault, but parts are way more expensive and its obviously easily broken. Subaru builds their cars around the AWD platform, EVO is a converted FWD.

2004 White Cobra Mustang $25500

I know it's a little expensive, but it has very low mileage.

Really? But dont do the 4v handle boost better than the 2v? I've seen people run stock motors pushing 400

Not for long...400 is the limit number. Making over that at 9psi on 91 octane is pushing it.
