Gears

Getting gears for xmas, trying to decide on what to go with. 1998 GT auto not at all a DD. Never on the highway...so gas mileage is no object. I was thinking 3.90s, 4.10s or 4.56s.

She's just a joyrider right now. I take it to shows and meets. Been to the track a few times. Only big plans is to do the pi swap.

If it's going to stay naturally aspirated, I'd say 4.10s.
how wide are your tires?

4.10s

You're going to need wide tires so that 1st gear doesn't go useless (yours are wide enough)
I was gonna go 4.10s, but ima turbo so I'm gonna go with 3.55s

Definitely 4.10s if you plan on staying naturally aspirated

Read the gears thread in the stickies section. It's a pretty good read for general info on 4.10s
