Will they work together? If so, any problems?

I don't think that will work. I know on 05-09 it definitely won't but it should be the same with your year

I know its the high flows but no catts is still better, i could always just cut off the catts shouldn't i?

Ya you could cut the cats and then weld a pipe on both sides in place of the cats
