Help is this my transmission drain plug

And what kind if tool do I need to remove it, just took out my shifter and car is up on ramps so I'm running to pep boys now for the tool and fluid..quick response would be excellent thanks guys

Should be 1/2 inch drive rachet, with no socket on it. Or lay be a 3/8
