Exhaust fittment

I currently have all oem exhaust except flow 40's on my 96 gt. I have a 99-04 xpipe awaiting installation and came across a flowmaster catback for a 99-04 as well. Other than o2 extensions and modified tailpipe hangers do I need to change anything else for this setup?

You should also replace the gasket between the engine and the x-pipe. The stock one is probably worn out.
