Open exhaust ftw lol. Nothing seriously bad will happen i had one too all it did was sound louder than it is and of course u smell the fumes but deff get it fixed whenever u can if it just unbolted bolt it back with some grade 8 bolts and nuts and lock washers and u should be fine
