1997 Cobra Clutch Help

Hey guys, im probably needing a new clutch soon, it has a slight hopping, or shimmey when you start letting of the clutch, not real bad though, is it possible to adjust this out of it or new clutch? i was also quoated a 1000.00 price L&M for a new clutch, now this is using OEM parts, is this necessary, or will a good aftermarket clutch kit work just as well. we mainley drive it normally, we dont race or dump the clutch and all that, cost to damn much to fix, i sure need some professional advice from you guys on what to do, and where to buy parts, Thanks Gary K.
