Water pump ...wtf

Hey I recently bought some aluminum pulleys for my 02 gt and when I installed it the water pump pulley stood out a lot . I'm not sure how to word it but I need help on what type of pulleys I should get because these bbk pulleys don't fit :/

Sounds to me you're saying the pulleys are not aligned? That does seem like a major issue, I assume they were aligned before replacement? Were they installed properly?

Yes the stock pulleys fit right in and there all alined a buddy of mine said that it might be a different water pump . He has a 01 gt convert n the same after market pulleys and his fit just fine . Damn i I don't know how to word it ill just take some pics n post it up so you guys know what I'm talking about

The 01 and 02 had different water pumps

Yea? Oh well I might of bought the wrong ones but I'm positive that when I bought it it said 02 lol .

U can buy just the water pump pulley pretty cheap. I bought the wrong ones also my first time

I think it might have a mid 01 water pump on it because you see how it's deeper then the late 01-04 .. But any ways thanks for your help guys

I have an 02 and same thing happened to me. Some earlier 02 had the other water pump for some reason.
