Underdrive pullies?

Okay so I picked up some under drive pullies And he gave me a free chrome spacer so I got all that for 40 bucks and was wondering what the spacer does and the pullies do I got them for cheap so I figured I would get them?

They look like summit racing ones. They will free up some hp, as for the spacer you will maybe get 1/4th hp

Yeah they are. Is it okay to put them in if all I have is a cat back? for christmas I'm getting the bbk intake and mgw shifter
