I've never heard of a break in period on any exhaust

The break in period is how long it takes to get to a straight stretch of road and just go WOT and hear them scream!!

My mistake, thought those types of exhaust had a break in period.

Glasspacks can have a so called break in period. I believe that's what you're referring to. Glass packs will get louder over the first 6 months or so that you own them. I'm not sure whether or not magnapacks are glasspacks or not. I assumed they were more resonators like lm's.

The loudmouth 1 are basically just resonators but the lm2 actually have fiberglass packing. They are real quiet when u first put them on but they do take a couple of months to break in n get louder I'm still waiting for mine to break in lol.

other than glass packs the only thing with exhaust with a break in is the ceramic coatings, they will stink and smoke for a bout an hour or so

Yes the magnapacks are a glasspack design and have a break in period, Magnapcks get thier name from the fact that there part of the glasspacks family.
