Hydraulic Clutch?

Hey guys, I just picked up a decent 2001 GT. I have not had a chance to really look through it, but I noticed the clutch being draggy. The pedal feels crappy. So Im at work and call the dealer to see about a new cable for starters. He says there is no cable for my vin. Is it possible I have a hydraulic clutch? Of course if I was home I could just go look, but I thought up to 04 they all had cables.

I figured, so much for the dealer. I looked at rockauto and they give a part number of 19183442 from AC/Delco for the cltuch cable. Is that the oem cable? I want OEM back in there.

My stock cable broke almost two years ago now and to get it running NOW I replaced it with an ATP cable from Autozone ($60), fully prepared to order a Ford cable down the road (no pun intended)--however I found the cable from AZ to be just as good as the OEM unit, well made from good materials, and never ordered the Ford cable--that was 30k miles ago...
