Whats this wire go to?

I just got this '01 GT this weekend, and yes its filthy, but while looking at my clutch cable I saw this plug hanging, anyone know where it goes? I didnt see anything close to it.

Quite counter-intuitively it is the ground for the AC compressor clutch coil, G101--it should be connected to the nearby fuel rail mounting stud:
