I heard good and bad things. From my research its a decent kit if your looking for small numbers. I found that if you start trying to push for bigger numbers you start blowing off the intake couplers and start making the clamps break. They say they have cars making well over 650rwhp on their kits with no issues. I also heard if you have issues with the kit they won't even talk to you or return calls. But if your just looking for a lil extra power that might be the way to go if you on a budget

From what iv seen about the 5.0 kits they are good kits but their turbos are pretty bad. Should be the same with the 4.6 kits, use the kit and upgrade the turbo.

Like Keaton said if you buy the kit either upgrade to the precision or power master turbo I can't remember which one of those they use or just buy another turbo from some where else. But yeah that's prolly the best bang for the buck imo

It come with the turbo, intercooler, manifolds, piping, and all the nuts and bolts and couplings. But you have to buy a k-member, fuel supply parts, and what ever else you need to support it all seperately and their parts are expensive compared to what's on the market

Don't forget 350-400 for a good tune and accidentals. Does the stock fuel pump flow enough to keep up?

A 255 pump with lines and 42lb injectors could do maybe 10 to 12 psi but there's the risk of starving the injectors

I was gonna buy their forward facing kit and slap a turbonetics on it and buy everything else from other places. A buddy of mine bought the 1st Gen kit and said he loved it and highly recommended me to get it but I came across a better deal on a blower and all the supporting mods used for a better price then building off the on3 kit.

I am going to be buying this kit come income tax time also.. i plan on upgrading the turbo and the fuel system and then id i have any problems after that ill upgrade from there.. But for the price i dont think you can beat it for a starter kit... i did hear the injectors on3 supply are junk though and someone on this forum did direct me to youtube for a service call that someone made to on3 and they did not help the guy at all

I have this kit from them as listed
70 mm turbo
70/68
255 focus fuel pump
39lb ford racing fuel injectors
Calibrated MAF
KB boost a pump (20)
Here is my suggestions upgrade the injectors and fuel pump the last thing you want is starving the injectors. Get the Stryker 340 fuel pump and around 42 lb injectors. Besides that works great!!!

I was thinking of saving up for this kit how does it work with the exhaust set up
Like do you have to get a custom midpipe made to connect to the headers?
