Return vs returnless?

Eh guys is it possible my 00" gt has a return fuel system? I mean I know I read in my repair manual that 98' & later have returnless but I get under the car and I see one line that feeds, but there is a bigger line coming from the fuel tank also??? The whole reasoning behind this is because I replaced the fuel pump and I can't keep pressure up on my car? Pump just acts real week? And don't know if it's just bad or wrong one?
