Sun Visor Sun Damage

What are you all doing about the stickers on the back of the sunvisor mine are both wearing off.
I tried a couple stickers to cover them up but nothing is cool yet.

How? They are like ingrained in the fabric.

Like the sticker is not one piece, maybe the sun did that.
