What are some good ways to get better traction besides tires

I know you said besides tires but best mod I have done were my 10 1/2 rear tires, I have full bolt on's and have almost zero wheel spin they hook really good. And it looks super aggressive from the back!

There is something you are supposed to check on the 99 Cobras to make sure a recall service was completed. A mark on the heads or something like that. I wish I knew more about it, but I've seen it posted here on ME before.
