I'm at 163k and the only real problem I've had is a slight transmission problem from it being abused before I got it. A couple of hundred dollars and it drives like new.

My girlfriend has a 150,000 on her 02 V6 with no problems. I have 85,000 on my Gt vert with zero problems.

Just bought a 97 GT a few months ago and my biggest concern was the same. Nice to see all these positive posts and reinforcement on taking care of your car.

My sister has a 2000 v6 mustang and it has no issues. All she needs to do is change the injectors and that's it.
