If u have a 96 like me 4v heads go on w/o a problem however u will need the timing chains and timing cover as well for the 4v and i would highly recommend the forged internals as well for a 4v motor along with the intake manifold that u will need for the 4v. U will also probably need to change the throttle cable if it doesnt reach and the throttle body is a double butterfly valve rather than a single. Its like an lt1 throttle body but lt1 wont work on a stang
