You can take either of them off.

You all that are lowering definitely need to get the eibach camber bolts to straight it up. Drive your car for 1-2 weeks to let your springs settle in, then put on the camber bolts.

Alright thanks I'm going with the 1.75 front and 1.6 rear how much would I gain with out iso's

unless you like a few neg degrees of camber...i know i do but i'm about the corners

You can take all four isolators out but on the rear i would prefer putting something along the lines of bicycle tube around the top o the springs so it don't make noises

I took all isos off when I did my suspension. Def mad a noticeable difference. No squeaks either
