i changed the crank and cam sensor, spark plug and wires, it runs real rough and when you cut it back off i want crank back up unless you let it cool down or you relieve pressure off the fuel rail and the little bit of gas shoots out real hot and then theres a lot of air pressure

When was the last time you changed your fuel filter? 30,000 miles or 24 months is the recommended interval you change it.Have you checked your fuel pump pressure @ the fuel rail when your car is hot and wont start? The pressure @ the rail should be at least thirty lbs. at the rail at idle.Start here, that way you can eliminate the pump and filter and go from there.good luck.
