Replacing 1998 Mustang GT intake manifold or head gasket?

So I think my head gasket's busted. I was replacing my spark plugs and wires this morning and noticed some antifreeze in one of the slots in the front. I'm not entirely sure which of the two is busted though and it's bugging me, ahhhh!!! Anyways I tried to see if white smoke was coming out of my exhaust pipes and a bit came out after starting up the car. I figured maybe it was because I just replaced the spark plugs? It's difficult to tell if any antifreeze has leaked into my oil tank since I only just had the oil replaced like a week ago. It still has the clear yellowish tint.

Start your engine with the radiator cap off. Then check for bubbles and an exhaust smell coming from the radiator. If this is so then the head is cracked or head gasket is blown. That's a start..

Check for coolant in the oil by looking for moisture on the dipstick a leakdown or compression test should also be done.also make sure there aren't any coolant hoses in that area that could possibly be leaking
