How long does it take to replace throwout bearing?

My 1996 Mustang GT was in the shop for new struts, shocks, lower ball joints, bushings, and a lower a/c line.
I was told the throwout bearing will need to be replaced again after just having it done, I have a new clutch, pressure plate, and driveshaft yoke. I was told my car could have been ready Saturday however I told them I was in no hurry that I would just pick it up Monday, HOWEVER this was before I was told the TOB needed to be replaced. Should my car still be ready by tomorrow? they had about 3 extra days to work on the transmission.
ALSO I wont be charged for labor on the replacement of the TOB but just for the part.
So how much should I expect to pay for just the TOB?

TOB cost about $45 retail at a shop. They have to pull the entire transmission to replace it. That's about 5 hours work. Will it be ready? Depends on how many guys they put on the job and how busy the shop is.
