High Flow Cat question.

I am thinking about putting HFC on. I see that there are two sets of what look like catalytic converters. I have been told that the front ones are resignators others say they are pre cats. Wondering what they really are? When putting on my new cats should I eliminate these.

Best flowing catalytic converter you'll find is a pipe. Do you have to pass emissions where you live?

No I do not. But it is illegal to remove your cats. I've been checked before because of loud exhaust. The LEO ran a mirror under my truck. Want to make sure I stay legal. Hence wondering if I can remove both sets and go with high flow.
