I guess if the clutch was changed at 50k miles you might be fine. I would definitely change the bearing though. The only problem is that the pilot bearing is behind the clutch. The bearing is cheap, its just the time to do it will suck for just a bearing. If it was an OEM replacement clutch I would upgrade to at least a stage 1 clutch. That's just how I feel though.
I would bet that your main problem is the TOB. When mine went, the peddle felt strange. The pressure would change randomly. When I got it out, it wasn't even a bearing anymore. It's up to you if you want to replace the other stuff. I would hope that when they put in the clutch, they replaced the pilot bearing also. They could have used one of the bearings in the clutch kits too. I head some bad stories about those, that's why I use the Ford racing bearings.
