Bullitt Shocks on a GT?

Hey everyone I have a quick question. I bought an 03 GT in November and im still finding out things about it, and one thing was it was lowered more than an inch (guessing), and I cant tell what the springs are or the brand or anything. The only thing I found was a little tag that said XR3C-5560 EA, Now I its not stock because I compared mine to my friends whose is all stock and I sit lower than him. Does anyone know anything about these springs?

When I looked on the internet I found that they were bullitt spring but is the bullitt mustang really lowered stock?

So are these shocks only lower by a 1/4 inch? Since mine isn't a Bullitt?
