Frozen car!!!?

I got in my car for the first time in about a month to drive it to the store and it wouldn't move. Then finally made like a break loose sound. Would the brakes be rusted to rotors? It's been freezing weather here in Mississippi and it snowed a week ago. My clutch feels very stiff and seems to be engaging later than it did.

Yeh, there could be that much rust accumulated. I drove the gt for the first time in 3 weeks last weekend, it's been sitting in tupelo since the first. Definitely had some rust.
