how do i install fog lights? - Mustang Evolution

how do i install fog lights?

my gt didnt have the fogs when i got the car. i can see the harness on the right side and i have the switch that works. i bought some fogs from ebay and i cant figure out how to install these things or get em to fit. they came with the brackets but no hardware. need help guys

anyone installed fogs before on the new edge?. or can someone please take a pic of how its mounted from inside ur bumper so i can know how it looks like please ?

take off your bumper for easy install....trust me spend the 10 mins to pop the bumper off it'll save you a headache...just go to a hardware or auto parts store and buy 6 speed nuts, and 6 bolts...2 of both will be bigger to fit the bottom hole already on the bumper....the rest will connect the top of the fogs to two pre-dill holes on either side of the bumper...they are a pain to reach if the bumper is on the car

is speed nuts the same as "u-joints" thats what mark told me i needed

lol i don't know what mark calls a u-joint...to me a u-joint is a universal joint

speed nut or quick nut is what's on the actual package when you buy them

sorry i meant u-nuts my bad lol . do u know what sizes i need. and can u take a pic of how ur lights are installed from the inside. idk how the speed nuts are supposed to be installed? do i just slide them on my fogs? or how

that helps. it just sucks i dont have any screws or bolts or anything to just do an east transfer. plus i cant figure out how to make the damn fog lights fit into place..idk what size to get for the screws

ok so for the bottom hole on both fogs i used m6 speed nuts and m6-1.0 bolts...i can't find the package for the top bolts but if i recall they were a bit smaller

Are 2000 gt's fuses same as a 95 gt's?
