Fuel injectors

Wich fuel injectors should i go with i would like something better than the stock

Well not knowing what bolt ons you have so far and if you don't plan on going FI I believe 24 lb injectors should be good. I've heard that if you go higher that you need a bigger fuel pump and such but idk if that's true

Im switching the manifold cause the plastic of the back broke off where it connects to a hose so that part is not replaceable so i have to change the whole manifold by removing the fuel injectors do i have to change the o rings on them

The o rings are super cheap I would change them just because

Make sure you get a tune and a calibrated maf for bigger injectors

If you have a proper tune you do not need a "calibrated" MAF, they are kludges left over from 20 years ago when re-tuning was very difficult and/or impossible--read more about why they suck here...
