I have a 99 gt vert I did the suspension first the verts have a lot of flex in the body I did grantelil rear tube control arms then front and rear bbk strut tower braces then bbk front and rear sway bars then did a granteli tube kmember control arms and coilovers the main reason for the k waxs to put my long tubes on but it Handles like a vette now it's ruff on bad roads but that's because it sticks to the road so well IMO its good to get the handling up to par before adding a bunch of power but that's just me

It is great to get the suspension done first, You actually have a better chance at getting all that power to the ground. People will dump 5-10k In a motor but no suspension upgrades. So the car handles like crap and no power actually gets to the wheels.

That was my thought after I did all of that it felt like a diffrent car and once I did all the bolt ons I put a 4:10 gear in I've never had it to the track but from what I've seen on here my car should be in the low to mid 13s it dynoed at 283 and a little over 300 tq and everybody acts like that's not fast I've keep up or beat almost everything I've raced but you know theres always some one faster no matter what u do lol but we got a big warehouse district that's closed down were we race and I hook up so much better than any mustang I ever raced because I did the whole suspension and I was beating guys with all kinds off bolt ons when I just had my suspension done because they couldent hook up
