What programmer/stall?

I have a 2001 GT conv., auto. Upgrades, so far include, K&N c.a.i., Granatelli m.a.f. sensor, BBK 70mm throttle body, and a one inch spacer. Future upgrades too include, BBK shorty headers, Flowmaster Super 40's, BBK underdrive pulleys, 3.73's, higher stall conv., and a programmer. I would appreciate any suggestions on the best brand of programmer, and a stall that will give a good launch, with the 3.73's, but not jerk me around during stop and go driving? Thanx!

stop and go traffic + stall=bad you will probably get jerked around a bit but most people do 4.10's in an auto. i just dont think a stall on a DD is sensible

if you want to do a stall, a 2500 shouldnt bee too bad.you can tune the firmness out with an sct.
