Exclamation Pulley's

Okay...i'm buying these in about 20 mins. Wanted any kind of info i can get as quickly as I can. Easy question...BBK or Steeda U.D. Pulley's? Which would you chose and why? I'm leaning toward the BBK because they are a bit cheaper and they're polished. Will the aluminum BBK ones bend under extreme pull? I know the Steeda ones are made of steel so obviously they would be the stronger of the two. But do I really have to worry about alum. ones warping or bending or breaking? Any help would be FANTASTIC! Thanks again.

Re: Pulley's

You dont have to worry about them bending warping or braking. Unless your trying to pry your belt on. I would go with BBK. They both do the same thing.

Re: Pulley's

The alternator and water pump unbolt and pop off. Its a bit of a ***** holding the alternator pulley still while trying to unbolt it. The crank pulley, you need a puller. Not sure if it comes with a power steering pulley, definitly need a different piullier for that one. but someone will correct me if im wrong.

Re: Pulley's

Id go with the aluminum to save a little on the rotating weight. You dont have to worry about bending, breaking cracking. I have ran aluminum on our 86 gt shop car for nearly 10 years now.
