how loud?

Basically im just curious. I have magnaflow catback right now but its too quiet. So I wanted to cut out the muffler and put in the magnapack muffler. How much louder would it make it. And would it be a relatively easy muffler swap?

I have magnapacks and i love my car and the way it sounds but theyr not loud. Flow 10 or 40 series would be louder and have more of a muscle car tone i think.

I just paired my slp cat back with their catted x-pipe. Granted this is on a convertible and I didn't want obnoxious. It does not have the rumble effect but boy does it scream.

The super 44 is a 2 chambered version of the flow master 40 series which is 3 chambered. It will be louder than a 40 but quieter that a bullet style muffler like slp

Exhaust

I have Magnaflow Aggressive Mufflers and BBK LT headers on mine. What many people do not realize is, most companies including Flowmaster have more than just one model muffler in their company, diffrent mufflers have different Tones. Tones from extremely Soft to extremely Loud. I have Magnaflow on my Mustang and on my Camaro, but it's two different models, and they do not sound the same, so it would ve unfair for me to just say to people that I have Magnaflo on both cars, cause it's not the same muffler just the same Brand.

You ever look into MAC? I had their catback on my fox body and I loved it. It also sounds sick on the Terminator Cobras. All different motors than you have, but I'd pick the MAC over flows.

+1 on the MACs I have them and will never go back to any other exhaust. I've had quite a bit of different exhaust setups and MAC has my money every time now. Ive never had good luck with flowmasters. Watch the video try listening to it with headphones it's always good to listen to an exhaust video with headphones.
