need help bad day for the pony

Today my son in his 02 gt made a turn going 5 to 10mph and there was a manhole sticking up with the road on one side. 4 to 6 inches lower the k member hit and was bent bad the car runs no leaks anywhere but both air bags where blown can we fix it? Also the developer. Of the road had not finished the paveing its why it was so hi and wasnt mark to the police said the developer should take care of the car?

Agreed that the developer should fix that issue. However if u need to six it u need to replace the air bag and replace the impact sensor that set off the air bags. Was there any indicators on the road indicating bumps? Look to see how the developer can fix ur car

Report it ..

If not replace air bags , airbag module ( inside dash ) and possibly impact sensors .. And have airbag reset ..

Luckily no oil pan leaks..
