New Guy need some opinions

Hey guys I have been searching around for a 99-04 mustang for a couple of months now and found one close to me and wanted to see if anyone could tell me if its a good deal. Im eighteen and currently have an f150 however I want something enjoyable to drive for the summer. I have been looking around on craigslist and want a clean looking mustang nothing that is obnoxious. The mustang below seems like its a good price but I would change the rims and I think the x pipe is going to be too loud for what I am looking for.

So
What do you think of the price?
It has an x pipe with flowmaster 40s is this gonna be obnoxiously loud?

Any opinions or help is appreciated

thats a badass car! i have those rims but in all chrome. i wana get those wheels though . those r low miles and a good price i say get it if the car is in good running shape. and no that setup is not loud. i have shorth headers, off road x pipe and flow 40's and its quiet in my opinion so im switching to louder mufflers.

That's a good deal. Test it out and if it looks all good get it... That exhaust shouldn't be terribly loud, it will sound nice

Yeah compared to what I've seen out there this seems like an awesome deal I just want my mechanic to check it out. I personally am not a huge fan of black rims so he said he would put the stockers back on and take off $500. I want to get the fr500 staggered rims and possibly switch back to a stock h pipe. Anybody know how much it would cost to get a stock h pipe and have it installed?

Looks all good to me a couple things in the listings a kinda wrong but ok. He said the car is an anniversary car so it has the Mach 1 transmission. In 02 the GTs all got the TR3650 manual transmission same as the Mach 1's. Also the anniversary cars are every 5 years which in this case is the New Edges are 1999 and 2004 not 03. Also he said it has the cobra grille it has a Mach 1 grille. Sorry it's these little things that bother me and will make me perk my ears up when people say the wrong things. It's priced well, I know where I'm from that car would be selling in the $9500-$11000 range. Check it out real good.

Alright so I gave the guy a call and asked him if there was any issues with the car. He called me back and emailed me and this is what he said

"the only mechanical issue with the car is the heater core has a leak was going to fix it but i never drive it when its cold and one exhaust muffler will need to be replaced i had an appointment at mpe racing to have the whole exhaust.done over but my wifes pregnant thats the only reason im getting rid of it cant waste the money on the car like i want to so ill gove her up to someone that can actually finish the car or just drive it car always starts never left me stranded i had cat since 2005 there is an accident on car fax but it was just the drivers fender"

What do you all think about this, is this a big problem and how much would it cost to have fixes?
