Looking to see what exhausts out there are in my opinion the best sounding. I want something pretty loud but not raspy and doesnt sound like a harley davidson, just a deep clean sound. looking for ideas feel free to post any links thanks!

slp's do sound raspy, depending on what mid pipe u have. but the slp 1's sound real beefy and turn heads. the slp 2's sound deeper than the 1's .

Loudmouth 2 is like silent compared to loudmouth 1. And I have the stock h pipe. Listen to the video, very little rasp.

Look into both of magnaflows catbacks, they have a nice deep tone and very little rasp. Got AMA website and look at the exhaust videos they have.

----- that's why we all put whatever exhaust we want on our cars because it's our car, our ears, our personal opinions. There's no doubt that Borla&Bassani are definitely some of the best exhaust systems out there for our rides. For me, being a father of4, on a very tight budget, straight pipe was easy cheap way to open her up a little bit and let her breathe. definitely sounds way better than stock dontyou think? off subject, but I just heard about the autocross in Marina thid month and I'm hoping to be there I'm coming from Antioch

If you're on a budget look at Pypes m80 resonators. They give a great rumble and are really deep and aggressive

I've got an o/r x, m80's, and violators and am pretty satisfied with the setup. Zero rasp, very little drone if any and a nice throaty rumble.

i was going crazy reading this thread because no one said anything about borla till the very end. Borla is the clear #1 IMO. I love slp but it is a bit raspy. My borla is incredibly loud and i haven't even done headers or mid pipe yet. And as the saying goes u get what u pay for and borlas are by far the most expensive lol

My favorite setup on the 2v's. I hear one with that setup drive by my work every day and I literally stop and listen to it rumble by each time lol.
