Clutch Replacement

Need some advice on clutch replacement. Mine has about 60k and seems really stiff. I wouldn't think 60k you trash a clutch, but who knows how the previous owner treated it. Anyway, when I replace I plan on going with something beyond stock, but not full race. Any suggestions?

I just installed a spec stage 2 clutch kit and spec steel flywheel and am very happy with the results.

Thanks for the info. I figure if it's up on stands for the exhaust upgrade I might as well do the clutch too.

Sounds like a plan. How long did it take to do it yourself?

Excedy is what I went with and it's a great clutch. Took me 2 and a half hours to do it all but I used power tools

I've done a few manual trans swaps but never a clutch. I'm going to do it this week without power tools. Any upfront advice before I start?
