Certain aftermarket wings look good, stock one looks stupid. Wingless always looks good. Terminator "wing" looks great IMO as does the saleen S281/T1 style on the 96-98 cars.

Agree. Anyway I like my wingless look. I still need to plug the holes tho because I didn't commit to the wingless look so I still have the holes.

I committed! Had the holes filled when I had the car painted a couple weeks ago. Wingless is nice and sleek, less is more!

You're a braver man than me because I just had my car repainted and I opted to not have the holes filled ;(

I need to take my wing off again. I only like the wingless look if the car is slammed.

Heres my ? My wings clearcoat is starting to flake off, so if I take the wing off, I will obviously need to plug the bolt holes and get the trunk refinished, correct. So do I tepaint the wing, or the trunk :/

That's like a girl asking you what you'd prefer. Top on or off. Then again...depends on the girl asking.

Honestly wingless only looks good IMO if you are lowered and have some wide tires, otherwise it doesn't look that good

I'm buying springs and 315s next month. I'll just suffer until then! But I agree!

Why not go 315? I think I always see you recommending 305s to people is there a reason or just personal appearance preference?

Mostly 18's come in 10' wide, so I recommend 305's for that matter that's what most people will say to run max. On most of 17's staggered they run 10.5 wide so people go 315's which is again the widest safe tire size people will say to run. I have 18x10.5 but if I go 315 I will rub. I'm lowered about 2' in the back and don't want to be rubbing. If you are lowered there is a chance of rubbing with a wider tire in the rear

I'm not lowered at all but I have 17s I was going to buy the 17x10.5 with 315s from AM then lower it after 1.5 all around. I want to see how it looks with the tires first.

Yeah I have I was gonna buy them tomorrow but I opted for the MGW ss and an exedy stage 2 clutch. I've read on here I should fork out the extr $60 for a ford racing throw out bearing. I was thinking the one that comes with the exedy kit should do just fine no? $60 is good beer money man.

Those are good mods also. I recently purchased and installed the excedy stg 1. I used the one they gave me but I bought the ford racing pilot bearing. So far no complaints what's so ever.

I was gonna get the stage 1 but on AM the stage 2 is $5 more right now so I figured why not. I think I'm going to buy the clutch adjuster cable tho instead.

---------- Post added at 01:52 AM ---------- Previous post was at 01:50 AM ----------

The SR kit with the adjuster cable and quadrant. My clutch feels really notchy plus it's just noticeably slipping.
