Granduation coming up?

So as the title says my mom says she will split half the price with me for some rims and tires. What wheels do you guys recommend for my car I want chrome and I want something different with about a 10in rear rim and 18s?

CCWs are so expensive. That's why I'd go with the XXR 521s.

---------- Post added at 07:30 PM ---------- Previous post was at 07:29 PM ----------

But XXR 521s are a great CCW classic kinda style for a good price. And it's different from everybody else.

I was thinking those ccw 521 but I also don't know if they would look out of place cause they are some pretty busy rims.

I do like the Saleens, but i'd get them in chrome. I've always been a sucker for red Mustangs with chrome rims. Plus, if you do want black at any point you can easily plasti dip them.

Man, I'm in to the XXR 521 - CCW - TSW Valencia style (partial to the TSW, ha!) right now.. They are defenitely different and not everybody has them. I love the look. Plus SVE came out with a style just like the XXR's at LRS...

Check em out

However, if they HAVE to be chrome, I have always liked the Godspeeds and I don't see alot of these around.

Mustang Godspeed Ultra Deep Dish Wheels and Rims

That Cobra looks amazing

Maybe look into some 03/04 cobra wheels, I know they have some deep dish ones but I'm not sure how wide they can go, regular ones are around 9 inches wide

They go up to 10.5", that's what I have.

They come in polished, which I think looks better than chrome.

I'm sorry, I was thinking of the 531s. My mistake.
I think the 502s look better anyways. 521s have too much going on for me. Unfortunately, they don't make fat 502s; just 9.5, which is girly.

Yeah I really am having a hard time choosing!! The chrome Godspeed look sweet too!! Same with those xxr521 wheels but they only have hyper silver or machined and I don't know if that would look sweet on my torch red.

My honest opinion is that the whole black or black chrome or whatever is just a fad. Back when I built old muscle cars with dad, he taught me that chrome never dies. I've been through 7 vehicles now and everyone has loved the chrome wheels; be they Cragar SS on a '78 Corvette, chrome C4 ZR1 wheels on an '85 Corvette, chrome Cobras, or Chrome Shelby Razors.
It's just a clean, classy look that you can't go wrong with.
For a New Edge, 5-spoke is the best looking design there is. I really, REALLY love split 5-spoke wheels like the CCW 505a or TrueForged Victories. There are generic versions if you don't want to pay $2,500-$3,000 for forged or 3 piece wheels. Mirror-polished aluminum is just...it's absolutely beautiful.
Torch red looks amazing with polished wheels.
