how much is 1 coil?

So hopefully cutting springs this afternoon and how do I measure the # of coils from we're the spring starts straight down? I looked for a thread couldn't find one..

Id do 1.25 on front a 1 on back no isolators but thats just me...depends on how how you DD

I recently raised the rear with some Isos so I can run at the auto x

First day I finished. 1 whole coil off from half off Of the rear no isos

Few days after letting them settle. Will probably go back and take .25 coil off the front and .5 coil off the rear but wanted to play it safe first
