Hid headlight help

Hey guys the passenger side headlight is not turning on but my driver side is. I've checked everything and it will not come on. My bulb doesn't seem to be busted any suggestions?

Well it's all one piece idk how to explain it. It's like it has really long wires that run from the driver side to the passenger side

Sounds like a wiring harness or ballast issue. It is a bit of a pain, but try swapping your driver's side and passenger side ballasts and then see which of your headlights works.

Or I suppose you could just swap the bulbs but that wouldn't tell you anything about the ballasts or wiring harness. Troubleshoot by starting small then work your way out.

Had the same issue. Is it cold? My passenger side got to where it wouldn't come on for a few mins, if it was really cold outside. Now that's it's warmer I have no issues with it

Try turning on your headlights before starting your car I have to turn mine on before I start my car or else my driver side headlight won't work

What kind of ballasts do you have the old big ones or the slim ones? I have hid on my bike and had that problem n what was happening was the old bigger ballasts weren't enough to power them on the slim digital ones have more power and I've never had a problem since I switched the ballasts out.

Just replaced the bulbs it still doesn't work. So I guess it's the ballast
