99 mustang gt Fuel

I just put a new motor in my 99 gt but there is no Fuel getting to the engine. Do I have to Prime it ? Was working before the new motor went in

I put an 04 motor in my 02 and I just turned the key to acc but not all the way till it cranks. This allows the fuel pump to send gas to the rails. If you turn it to acc you should hear a faint buzz sound. Thats the pump pushing the gas.

Check the inertia switch in the trunk if the pump isn't running. Fuse would be next.
