My project

So I'm getting ready to start on my project in a month or two when school gets out and I have a few questions. It's a 2000 GT 5 Spd with 60k miles and completely stock aside from wheels and a old BBK CAI. So my questions are good reasonable coil over suspension? Is there anyway to fix the seat belt so it retracts? How do you fix the steering wheel so when your going strait the wheel is pointed strait and not turned? Lastly it seems I have a short in my fog lights, cruise control, rear defrost, and AC doesn't work, how do I fix it?

The steering wheel thing is probably your alignment is out, a good alignment should fix that.
