99 mustang gt help

I'm having 2 Problems I just put Another stock 4.6 in my car .I Bought the car with a Seized motor. When pushing in the Clutch Paddle the clutch doesn't fully Disengage is there a way to Adjust it ??? And I have to spay starting Fluid to get it to start then it will run on it own fine but when hitting the gas the car just dies???

1st problem: probably there is one under the near the bell housing 2nd problem is probably your fuel pump

Problem 2 could be a fuel pump however not aleayd. Could be the dri er module or maybe f/p doesnt see tge voltage increase when opening the throttle wider however could also be a maf sensor as well.

If I pump the gas it well hit 6 grand

And u can't adjust the clutch on the year it's self adjusting so idk

The clutch control has semi-automatic adjuster. It is described in the owner's manual (download one here) and can be manually tweaked as described here.
