Coolant / flush

I havnt moved my car for about 2.5 weeks cause my clutch gave out and was cheeking all fluids today and notice that i have no coolant and its super dirty can i do a flush just with water or is there special chems used i know my manifold has a leak at were it connects to the heater hose im geeting all replaced new manifold,plenum,bbk throttle body, bbk cai and clutch exedy mach 400 with ford racing tob and ford racing pillot bearing also new axel sum i have the rest gets here monday cant wait from AM

Use a coolant flush chemical you can pick up at WalMart or AP store. Follow the directions.

Mine looked like that too. Got some coolant flush swapped my intake "cracked in same spot as you" took off the reservoir cleaned as best as i could followed all directions on flush and i cant believe how clean it is now.
