Tons of engine codes!!

Alright guys just did a auto to manual swap on my 03 gt and I've got a ton of codes and my o/d keeps coming on. I didn't put the manual ecu and wiring harness in yet do you think that could be causing it? My speedometer is also way off. Help!!

Absolutely. You need the manual ECU because your auto ECU won't know what the hell is going on since it doesn't have any of the connections it wants to read.
Until then, you will have LOTS of codes.

The tune in your stock PCM can be modified to "turn off" the automatic transmission processing, and correct the speedometer.

The three scalar values to turn off the automatic tranny are:

Auto Transmission Switch--set to 0
Transmission Load Switch--set to 0
Transmission Type Switch--set to 0

To fix the speedometer the scalar value Output Shaft Pulses per Revolution needs to be set to 12 (the automatic transmission has a 6 "tooth" output shaft inductor wheel, the manual transmission has a 12 "tooth" wheel).

That's it...

With a tuning system capable of doing so.

Delta Force Commando and SCT Advantage are perhaps the two best known such systems (the Commando system includes the Delta Force flash tool interface, Advantage requires that you have or acquire a compatible SCT device).

There are others as well, Tweecer, and EEC Editor are well known though a bit less evolved...

No handheld tuner has access to those settings, you will need professional level tune editing software like those I mentioned. As you already have and SCT tuner then SCT Advantage would be a logical choice, or find a tuning shop that has it and have them build a modified tune...
