There is a screw on top of them. Just turn it to angle them up or down

Get up next to a wall and turn them on and make them level. Then back up 20 feet and do it again

Mine looked like an Allen key too but you can use a Phillips on mine. Mine also has that down in it. But that screw is what angles them

I've got the Raxiom and although they look great the adjustment is very limited.

You may have to turn the screw till it stops then start turning it the other way and it should start adjusting them.

That is what I had to do when I put new ones on mine. They did not move until I did that. Be sure you are sitting level when you do this. You can use any wall.

And a Phillips screw driver will do it.

^this. That or take the housing out and make sure the ball and socket is seated for the adjuster properly. My new headlights wernt so the adjustment screw did nothing. I has to pop the adjuster in place by pulling the chrome housing towards the back of the headlight where the adjuster is located. There was a definite pop and then everything was good. I bet this would happen if I had adjusted the headlight all the way down too though.
