hope i didnt mess up

I decided to clean my engine today so I sprayed it down with foaming cleaner let it sit and sprayed it with my pressure washer. I used the delicate tip for the washer and made quick passes across the engine. Before I did this my battery light had been on since my alt. Went bad. When I started the car the battery light was off but the abs light was on. I figures I got water somewhere so I let it sit awhile. When I started it the abs light was still on so I let it run awhile and the light started flickering and would go off if I turned the headlights on. Eventually it went off so I guess the plug dried out. But now my battery gauge is pegged out y'all think this is a wet plug also? I also changed my rear caliper out today. What y'all think?

The abs sensor is likely linked to the caliper issue. The abs module is part of the brake fluid system. Is it possible you got a air bubble in the system.

i'd have the charging system tested when you get a chance...as long as the CEL doesn't come on or you don't notice a miss i'd say you're golden for the most part

I had a buddy do this once to his engine bay. He had electrical issues for a week. Over that next weekend I brought my shop vac over and vac'd every electrical connection we could find. It took a few hours, but that seemed to help. Also, if you have an air compressor, maybe you could blow out areas you can reach on your alternator. Hope that helps.
