started brake job, found cut tire - Mustang Evolution

started brake job, found cut tire

so now i need new tires, was hoping i could wait till next year. tire also has bad bevel on the inside, am i rubbing something or is this alighnment problem, tire size is 275/35/18 lowered with h&r race springs

2003 gt, sct custom tuned by VMP, k&n fipk, upr o/r x-pipe, dynomax turbo mufflers, mm c/c plates, mm full length subframe connectors, h&r race springs, bullit rims 18x10 rear 18x9 front, 4.10 gears, 20% tint, 9 inch shorty antenna

It's an alignment problem. You have too much inner camber so the very inside of the tire is the only part that is actually making contact with the road.
